So here’s my 2 minutes!
Born and raised in Toronto! By my single mom ( whose originally from Barbados and my dad is Guyanese). Yes! Just like Rihanna! 😉 I moved to Barbados when I was 11 years old… Turned promoter by 13! Threw a party on my mom’s friends yacht and made some $$$ and did it again! Returned to Toronto at 15…
Was a Young mom while attending College for Marketing…. Somewhere in the mix found out about a new radio station in Toronto, and the rest was history!
Worked 10yrs at FLOW 93.5 (Milestone Radio – Canada’s 1st Urban & Black owned station) Hosted Red’s Ride on weekends and then Co-hosted with Jwyze on the Evening Show ‘The Trauma Unit’!
Now my journey continues in Vancouver, British Columbia at a New Rogers station SONiC!!! Tune in & Listen LIVE!
The Road Not Taken
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
